Recruiter / HR Coordinator

Avenge Energy Services is looking for a hands‑on Recruiter / HR Coordinator to support our growing team. This is a fully in-office position based out Avenge’s Fort Saskatchewan industrial facility, with regular travel between our Fort Saskatchewan and Nisku locations as operational needs require.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and energized by a fast‑paced, field‑driven environment. This position reports to the HR Manager, located in Calgary, and requires occasional travel with Alberta.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Hiring

• Support full‑cycle recruitment for field and shop roles (operators, labourers, drivers, etc.)
• Post job ads, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Conduct initial phone screens and reference checks
• Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment activity
