• Minimum 5 years' recruitment experience, ideally in hospitality, hotels, or F&B sectors
• Qualification in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Own laptop and reliable internet connection
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
