They’ve raised $3M in pre-seed funding from top U.S. investors and have 40,000+ users worldwide. Their AI handles matching, initial vetting, and warm introductions, so hiring teams spend less time sourcing and more time interviewing and closing strong candidates.
About the role
They’re looking for their first LATAM Recruiter to support U.S.-based searches. You’ll use their AI platform to automate much of the manual work, while acting as a true partner to clients—owning full-cycle searches, advising hiring managers, and driving strong hiring decisions.
