The Recruiter, the direction of the HR Manager and General Manager, will identify employment needs.

DUTIES:
+ Screens and refers qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing.
+ Provide constant communication, feedback, and follow up with management and HR on recruitment status.
+ Ensure recruitment reports are kept current with the most up to date recruitment status information to update the business weekly on recruitment progress.
+ Develops sourcing methodologies across a variety of markets and geographies.
