The Role – Recruiter - U.S. Support
Location – Hybrid in Bogota, Colombia
The EXL Recruiter will provide recruitment support to the North America Diversified Industries (DIG) and Banking Capital Markets(BCM) groups.
This role will focus on heavy sourcing, interview scheduling, and other areas of recruitment admin coordination for the US DIG & BCM Recruitment Lead.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience performing recruitment support functions remotely within the Consulting and/or BPO industry.
***Must be able and willing to work US Eastern Standard Time business hours Monday through Friday***
Responsibilities
Responsible for the intake of new job openings, updating candidate workflow status' in Oracle Fusion ATS, and sourcing passive profiles on LinkedIn Recruiter.
Assure proper and accurate data entry into the ATS for a seamless handover to the Onboarding team of selected candidates for hire.
