Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and locations within India.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and talent mapping techniques.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and senior business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment guidance.
- Conduct candidate screening and assessment to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists aligned with hiring expectations.
- Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
