About the role
The purpose of the Senior Recruitment Specialist (Tech Focused) role is to provide suitably qualified candidates for Exclaim IT client roles and to work in partnership with our senior client-facing operative, and administrative staff, to reach set team goals.
Key responsibilities
- Finding and closing candidates with specific skill sets on roles identified by the Principal Consultant
- Of primary accountability in this role is the search and selection of candidates for assigned roles briefings, and in collaboration with the Principal Consultant, the optimisation of placement conversion in relation to the overall roles worked.
