Recreation Assistant (Scuba)

Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Kadena Marina on Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan. Responsibilities Assists management in the day-to-day operations of the Kadena Marina's scuba rental section to include the development of daily task lists based on business needs, and evaluating work progress and results. Insures that the Marina's scuba rental equipment is maintained in serviceable condition and updates all maintenance records and parts inventories according to guidelines. Ensures that scuba compressors are operational and receive required maintenance. Ensures that all employees are trained in all section operating procedures and in compliance with safety, fire prevention, and hazardous material handling, enforcing proper equipment usage, requirements, and limitations.
