Job Responsibilities
- Contact overdue customers through phone/SMS, verify loan details, explain repayment terms, and assist with timely repayment.
- Follow up on repayment progress, update customer records, and improve collection efficiency.
- Handle repayment, late fee, and credit-related inquiries professionally.
- Complete tasks assigned by the team leader.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates welcome.
- Collection, customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Responsible, goal-oriented, and a good team player.
- Follow company rules, clean work record, and basic computer skills required.
- Must have: Personal computer/laptop and stable internet.
