Location: S6 3QA
Salary: £26,490 per annum; Shift pattern: 40 hours per week

We’re looking for a number of experienced and compassionate Recovery Case Workers to join our dedicated team in Sheffield.
Working closely with our Service Manager and Recovery Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting our service at St Bart's. As a proactive Recovery Case Worker, you will have an empathetic and person‑centred approach, ensuring service users receive the dedicated support they require.
The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with multiple and complex needs, and will be confident in delivering support both 1:1 and in group settings. You will have a strong understanding of tenancy sustainment, risk management, and support planning.
