Recovery Architect: Cloud & Network Solutions (Entry-Level)

Ericsson is seeking a Recovery Architect to join our Customer Support Organization in Mexico City. This role targets recent graduates and early-career professionals (up to 2 years) who enjoy solving complex problems in IT and network environments.

You will analyze, design, and recover end-to-end solutions, focusing on IT/IP, cloud, VNFs and CNFs, while collaborating with global teams to ensure service availability and operational excellence.
