Records to Report Manager

Position Summary

As the Records-to-Report (R2R) Manager, you're responsible for leading the end-to-end financial close and reporting process, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information across all business units. You will drive compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, oversee financial reporting activities, develop high-performing teams, and champion process standardization and automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and reporting excellence.

What you'll do

• Direct monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing cycles, enforcing strict group-wide timelines and quality standards for all business units.
