Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Lead – Canada

The successful candidate in this role would lead the execution, governance, and evolution of our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for Canada. This individual will be accountable for driving progress against RAP commitments, and ensuring meaningful, measurable impact aligned to our Indigenous strategy.

Working closely with the Indigenous Strategy Executive Sponsor and Indigenous Strategy team, this role will provide day‑to‑day leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Canada’s Reconciliation Action Plan, ensuring commitments are executed on time, with quality and impact
• Act as the primary owner and steward of the RAP, maintaining momentum, visibility, and accountability across the organization
