Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Colombia time)

Job Description: The Recruiter will be responsible for actively sourcing talent into the organization. This includes making outbound calls, sourcing candidates through web-based platforms, conducting phone interviews, scheduling, and supporting the Staffing Coordinator throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound recruiting calls to source, screen, and attract caregiver talent
- Answer inbound inquiries and convert them into interviews
- Interview, screen, and test applicants
- Participate in recruiting events and job fairs
- Maintain documentation of associate records in the system
- Ensure complete and updated personnel files for caregiver associate
