Contract: 4 month Temporary position • Full-time, Monday – Friday 8:00am–5:00pm • Start ASAP
Winner Recruitment are working closely with a large Facilities Management service provider who are looking to recruit for a Receptionist within Shrewsbury.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Managing bookings, appointments, and visitor sign-ins
- Handling basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming front-of-house area
- Assisting other team members with ad-hoc administrative duties
