Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • to answer all incoming calls and to filter them through o department
  • to provide message taking service for calls
  • to attend guest and to advise the appropriate office that a visitor has arrived and ready to be met
  • update telephone list of staff
  • to provide support to CEO's office as required by Executive Secretary on the administrative work
  • to attend incoming and outgoing mail service
  • Requirements:

  • Min SPM, school leavers are welcome
  • Fair written and spoken English
