  • The Receptionist greets visitors and maintains visitors' logs.
  • Answers and correctly routes calls.
  • Responds to internal and external inquiries and distributes accurate information.
  • May perform some administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, receiving and sending mail and packages.
  • May help to complete security procedures such as issuing badges or visitor passes.
  • Answers and correctly routes and / or transfer the calls; takes accurate messages. 
  • Performs electronic and hard copies filing of information. 
  • Sorts and delivers mail received and sent by the office. 
  • Adheres to internal standards, policies and procedures. 
  • Qualifications

  • High School or equivalent 
  • 0-1 years of general work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in office related position
  • Any Office Management certificate
  • MS Office Suite – Intermediate user...
