Job Description
The Medical Receptionist will provide general administrative support to Allied Health and General Practice teams at our Ballan Medical Clinic. Our health and community services precinct in the heart of Ballan provides a comprehensive range of primary care services, dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of the local community. This role is responsible for providing a first and long-lasting impression for enquiries and appointments in our GP Clinic. Working closely with the GP Clinic’s manager, you will undertake reception and administration tasks which include data entry, billing, reception duties, supporting enquiries and answering phone calls.
