We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join a leading organisation based in South Dublin. This role is the first point of contact for visitors, clients and stakeholders, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the organisation. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct telephone calls, manage enquiries, and take messages. Meet and greet visitors and maintain visitor records. Issue and audit building access cards. Coordinate incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries. Manage meeting room bookings and assist with AV setup where required. Arrange taxis and other visitor requirements as needed. Maintain a professional and tidy reception area. Manage databases and administrative records. Report maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager.
