Job Description

Receptionist/Administrator required for growing construction company based in Castleford. The role will include:

- Welcoming all visitors to the business

- Running the diary for the meeting rooms

- Organising refreshments/lunch for pre-planned meetings

- Answering all calls in to the business

- Providing administrative support to various departments

- General office duties as required

The Receptionist/Administrator role would suit someone who is looking for a career within administration. The successful candidate will have good knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word Excel and Outlook.
