Job Summary:

Friendly front desk professional to manage reception duties, support office administration, and ensure a welcoming experience for visitors and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security procedures
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and schedule appointments
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Provide administrative support to HR and Admin teams as required
  • Carry out ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors
