Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise all rebar fixing and formwork activities according to approved drawings and project specifications.
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily work activities to ensure project schedules are achieved.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth site operations.
- Inspect reinforcement installation, bar spacing, lap lengths, and concrete cover before concreting.
- Check formwork alignment, dimensions, levels, and stability before concrete placement.
- Ensure all work complies with quality standards, safety regulations, and construction codes.
- Assign daily tasks to workers and monitor productivity and workmanship.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to rebar, formwork, and general construction works.
