Real Estate Valuer

Support the Valuation team in preparing valuation reports for clients, which include:

• Physical inspection of the property subject to valuation
• On-site market research, and desktop research
• Preparing market data, and conducting analysis to come up with value indications
• Discussing and presenting the valuation process and the value conclusion to clients, and other interested parties

• Gather information on real estate listings and transactions
• Organize and maintain databases for internal use
• Conduct market interviews, qualitative and quantitative research when needed, including regular field work
• Respond to queries of valuers and clients regarding the listings and transactions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Engineering (Civil, Mechanical), Real Estate Management, or business (Finance, Management) courses
