Job Overview

A career in PwC’s Property Valuation Practice, within Deals Valuation, offers the opportunity to leverage specialist expertise in the real‑estate market. Candidates will contribute to valuations for taxation, M&A, advisory services, and will be part of an integrated deals team providing real‑estate related advice from an overall deals perspective.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of and/or analyze real‑estate market research across multiple asset classes and markets in Canada.
• Support the preparation of initial drafts of reports, valuation analyses, memoranda, and pitches, applying appropriate industry and business acumen.
• Support the real‑estate assurance function by reviewing valuation methodologies and assumptions that support financial statements for clients such as pension funds, REITs, private equity, and developers.
