- The Real Estate Project Manager will lead end-to-end real estate projects and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- The role requires managing project scope, schedules, risks, costs, vendors, contractors and overseeing fit-outs, relocations and renovations in line with regulations and lease terms.
- Candidates must have 8–15+ years of real estate project management experience, including complex corporate office and lab fit-outs, construction budgeting and multi-project delivery.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Procore, AutoCAD), MEP systems, workplace technology, sustainability initiatives, and certifications like PMP or LEED AP is preferred.
