Position: Real Estate Manager
Reporting to: Managing Director
Location: Chennai (Corporate Office)
Qualification: Any Degree with minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilitie
- Experience in Property Acquisition/ Real Estate Management
- Must have experience in handling multiple properties
- Revenue maximisation
- Cost control
- Security & Caretaking
- Dealing with Statutory formalities, Property tax, Property maintenance, Rental income, etc
- Identifying location/ space conversion from agriculture to commercial/ residential & vice versa
- Negotiating with landlords/ owners
- Evaluating feasibility of locations
- Facilitated solution conversation between the technical, projects, business and finance team
