Law Clerk - Real Estate
North Toronto
Our client, a vibrant and highly regarded mid size law firm located in North Toronto is in need of a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk to join its team. This is a firm that enjoys a very low turnover of staff.
In this role you will be involved in work related to commercial real estate transactions. This is a full time permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Manage and complete purchase, sales, refinancing, and mortgage files
- Conduct title/off-title searches
- Draft and coordinate documents required for closing
- Drafting of various internal and external correspondence
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of commercial real estate experience
- Law Clerk Diploma required
- Strong technical skills in Conveyancer, MS Word and Outlook
