Become an essential part of Simcoe County as a Real Estate Coordinator. Provide comprehensive support in property management, leasing, and negotiations in this one-year contract role.
The position requires strong skills in real estate transactions, client relations, and database management. You will collaborate closely with the Real Estate Manager to assist in lease negotiations, property acquisitions, and compliance with local regulations. Additionally, your input in policy improvements will help streamline processes for all client departments.
