Real Estate Consultant

Responsibilities

As a real estate expert you will examine properties from a broad perspective including moisture, indoor air quality, maintenance needs, and harmful substances. You will handle your assignments independently and act as the client’s contact person throughout the process. The tasks cover everything from initial customer contact and property inspection to analysis, documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications

We are looking for a person with previous experience in technical inspections of properties, the ability to plan and execute a workday efficiently, strong computer skills and the ability to work effectively with digital tools, proficiency in Swedish and Finnish, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Relevant education and experience in structural design or property inspections are required. A positive attitude towards teamwork and a desire to develop are highly valued.
