Real Estate Associate

Cozen O’Connor is looking for a mid-level associate to join the Real Estate practice group in the Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will have experience working with developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and/or lenders in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management, and sale of real estate. Experience negotiating real estate joint venture transactions is preferred. Strong analytical skills and excellent academic credentials, together with ability to work in a collaborative environment are required. Must have a minimum of three years of real estate experience. Pennsylvania license in good standing required.
