Job Description
- Respond to and qualify buyer and investor inquiries.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Conduct property viewings, consultations, and project presentations.
- Follow up consistently with prospective buyers and investors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate terms and successfully close sales in line with company targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Stay informed about UAE real estate market trends, property prices, payment plans, and new project launches.
- Develop a strong understanding of property opportunities in Sharjah, Ajman, and other key UAE markets.
- Represent DAA'RK GROUP professionally during client meetings, viewings, and industry events.
