• Selling and leasing secondary market properties (resale & rentals)
• Listing properties and managing landlord relationships
• Conducting viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Hosting and attending client viewings
• Building strong pipelines through follow-ups and referrals
• Keeping listings updated and market-ready
