• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in real estate (residential, luxury villas, or off‑plan properties – bonus points if you know the Costa del Sol market!)
• Native or C1+ level in English AND Spanish – you’ll be chatting with clients from all over the world
• A natural networker who loves turning property viewings into unforgettable experiences
• Positive, energetic, and fun‑loving personality (we don’t do boring suits and stiff handshakes here)
