Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Kelowna, BC. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential and/or commercial transactions, including conducting property showings, hosting open houses, and preparing competitive market analyses. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, maintaining client relationships, advising on pricing and marketing strategies, and guiding clients through offers, negotiations, and closing processes. The role involves preparing and reviewing contracts and other real estate documentation, coordinating with lenders, lawyers, inspectors, and other professionals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and brokerage policies. The Real Estate Agent will also contribute to the brokerage’s brand presence through networking, community involvement, and professional conduct.
