Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Orillia, ON, with flexibility for some work from home. The Real Estate Agent will support clients through the full buying and selling process, including prospecting, conducting client consultations, preparing and presenting listings, and coordinating property showings. Responsibilities include performing market analyses, advising on pricing strategies, preparing and reviewing offers, and negotiating terms in the best interest of clients. The agent will maintain consistent communication with clients, respond to inquiries, and provide high-quality customer service throughout each transaction. Day-to-day work also involves networking, following up on leads, maintaining an up-to-date CRM, and collaborating with the Frank Leo & Associates team to leverage marketing tools, systems, and training.
