Key Responsibilities:
• Finalize accounts and maintain reconciliations
• Manage TDS deductions and return filings
• Calculate unit costing for real estate projects
• Process invoices and vendor bills accurately
• Prepare financial reports and ensure cash flow
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
• 5 to 8 years of experience in accounting functions
• Proven knowledge of TDS, GST, and RERA
