About the Role
Join Amrize as a Ready Mix Driver and help construct what’s next. As a Ready Mix Driver you will be responsible for the primary day‑to‑day delivery of Ready Mix Concrete to job sites, homeowners, and industry clients. The role requires a service‑oriented mindset and a highly professional approach to customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Maintain equipment by performing daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and keeping equipment clean inside and out.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers in an assigned geography and own customer satisfaction at all times.
- Deliver consistent and reliable customer service through reliable delivery and a positive, hassle‑free experience for Amrize customers.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Operations teams, and fellow operators.
- Use electronic devices (tablets, GPS, etc.) for service and communication.
