About the Role
Ready Mix Drivers are responsible for the primary day-to-day delivery of Ready Mix Concrete to job sites. They maintain customer relationships, deliver high-level service, and ensure safe, efficient delivery of concrete.
What You'll Accomplish
- Perform equipment inspections (pre and post-trip) and keep equipment clean and maintained.
- Build and maintain trust relationships with customers in assigned geography.
- Own customer satisfaction and provide consistent, reliable service through delivery.
- Maintain a positive, hassle-free delivery experience for customers.
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams and fellow operators.
- Operate electronic devices such as tablets and GPS.
- Communicate and adhere to health, safety, environmental policies.
- Promote a culture of safety.
