**Job Title: Reach Truck Driver / Order Picker (1st Shift) – $21.00/hr.**
**Job Overview**
We are hiring experienced Reach Truck Drivers / Order Pickers for a busy distribution center. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with weekly pay, overtime availability, and long-term growth potential. Candidates should have recent reach truck experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
_Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) Pay: $21.00/hr. Overtime: Time-and-a-half pay available_
**Key Responsibilities**
• Operate a reach truck throughout most of the shift in a high-bay warehouse environment
• Use RF scanners to locate, pick, and verify customer orders accurately
• Retrieve and store inventory in double-deep racking systems
• Stage, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Perform inventory put-away and replenishment tasks
