Reablement OT Assistant — Empower Independence

Service Care Solutions is looking for an Assistant Occupational Therapist to join the Prevention & Assessment Reablement Team in Enfield. This temporary position involves supporting adults to regain independence following illness or injury while ensuring safety with equipment and adaptations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in health or social care settings, knowledge of reablement principles, and the ability to complete assessments. Strong IT skills and effective communication are also essential.
