R&D Test Engineer
Location: Bermeo, Spain. Employment type: Permanent.
What you will be doing
- Planning, preparation and execution of engine tests under various load and running conditions ensuring compliance with guidelines and test protocols.
- Reporting and documentation of test results. Preparing technical reports for internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring and analysis of test data, identifying anomalies and proposing corrective actions.
- Collaboration and coordination with plant teams, I&M (Instrumentation & Measurement) and RDE experts to secure resources, ensure readiness of systems, equipment and engines for successful testing.
- Technical issue management and operational decision-making.
- Lead and supervise the mechanic‑operator team, assigning tasks and ensuring proper execution during tests and mechanical activities. Keep them trained and skilled on engine setup and related technologies as well as ...
