Job Description

The R&D Team Lead for Color Cosmetics will be responsible for leading formulation development for makeup products, ensuring high performance, color stability, texture optimization, and production compatibility. This role will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to bring commercial concepts to market.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize formulations for makeup products such as foundation, pressed powder, eyeshadow, lipstick, blush, eyebrow products, etc.
- Manage lab-scale experimentation, formula adjustments, and prototype creation based on client or market requirements.
