Key Responsibilities:
• Lead new product development in hard cheese category
• Manage multiple concurrent R&D projects
• Oversee activities for research, trials, and validation
• Collaborate with teams in Operations, Quality, and Marketing
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through process improvements
Requirements:
• University degree in Food Science or related field
• 10+ years in food or dairy manufacturing
