Scope
As a junior engineer in the R&D Development Center, you will support the implementation of new products, ensuring high-quality outcomes through your foundational knowledge and skills in relevant product platforms. You will assist in the validation and industrialization of projects, ensuring they meet all necessary standards and requirements. Additionally, you will help identify and address customer and competitive needs with an emphasis on cost innovation, product superiority, and sustainability. Your role will also involve supporting the proper handover of projects to production sites and assisting in the scale-up and continuous improvement processes.
