R&D Assistant Manager – Mattress Innovation & Quality

Goodnite Sdn Bhd in Klang City is looking for an individual to assist in managing daily operations within the RandD department. You will lead new product development initiatives as well as improve existing mattress products through evaluation and testing of new materials.

This role requires collaboration with Production, Quality, Sales, Purchasing, and suppliers, providing technical support for production processes and aiming to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
