The contract execution assistant will be responsible for handling expiring contracts/renewals in a timely manner while collaborating with in-house counsel to red‑line agreement drafts and negotiate amicable terms and conditions between the client and Empresa confidencial.

• Research regulations to ensure contracts are updated and in compliance with laws
