Position Summary
Under minimal direction, the Rate Analyst is responsible for complex analysis, activity based cost aspects, and conducting detailed studies related to the following critical areas: cost-of-service studies for gas and water services, including analysis of customer classes and the allocation of associated costs; Impact Fee analysis to determine appropriate charges for recovering District asset costs from future growth; and rate development for new and expanded gas and water services.
