Rare Disease HIT Solutions Account Director

**Rare Disease (RD) HIT Solutions Account Director - Southeast** will lead the RD HIT strategic approach and customer engagement with identified leading health systems in defined region. Working with leading health systems to help harness their EHR to improve diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients within aligned therapeutic areas that RD Key Account Management engages. Examples include helping customers understand the value of optimizing their clinical workflow within these therapeutic areas while leveraging EHR technologies to support population health management. HIT Solutions Account Director provides strategic support and guidance for leveraging e-platforms to facilitate the evolution of care from a reactive episodic based care model to a predictive and proactive management of chronic illness across the care continuum.
