Kerma Games in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Monterrey office and help scale our software development team. You will own end-to-end recruitment, build candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews to meet rapid hiring goals.

The role requires strong sourcing, bilingual English/Spanish communication, onboarding coordination, and experience with an ATS such as Greenhouse; this onsite position partners with HR, operations, and studio managers to grow our
