Range Conducting Officer (1 Year Contract, Opportunity to Renew / Convert)

Business Unit: Training and Managed Services

• As the Range second‑in‑command, assist the Range Supervising Officer to ensure that all ranges are conducted in accordance with established procedures and standing orders.
• Conduct various train‑fire ranges and attain the following contractual KPIs:
  • Achieve the KPIs set for Passing and Marksmanship for the various test packages.
  • Achieve the KPIs set for Soldier Satisfaction Survey.
• Ensure compliance with all established range safety and security procedures.
• Be responsible for ensuring that all ranges are conducted in accordance with the established procedures:
  • Prepare lesson plan and complete Administrative instruction and RAWR.
